• Adhar Card

• Samagra ID/Rashan Card

• Income Certificate

• Bank Passbook

• First Year Fee : Fee to be charged as per AFRC, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh.

Admission Process : B.Pharm & D. Pharm 

Admission to B.Pharm & B.Pharm & D. Pharm  course is done through Centralized Admission Process conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Madhyapradesh State every year, the notification of which is published in all leading news papers.
